It doesn't have a metal ring on the top circle like most do. Still it holds its structure nicely. I like it a lot, and I'm a fan of all dog gear with carabiners. My only worry is the rubber is so thin in the folds that it seems way to rip/puncture just with every day pop out/collapse use. I bring these to the park and have had Goldens decide they will retrieve the bowl as a toy. Which is cute..but I feel like this will be destroyed when that happens.

Super easy to clip on to the leash crossbody and make sure I have water for my puppy. Looks cute and can go anywhere with me.
