Got this to sling my baby girl (Pomeranian, 5lbs). The material is so soft. She found it to be very comfortable.

I have purchased many carriers over the years and this is THE ONE. Our 17 year old Italian Greyhound, Chotchke LOVES it. It is supportive and comfortable for her and for us. Can't wait to use it on some hikes in Canada & Alaska this summer. I've recommended it to every small dog owner I know and to my fellow professional dog walkers & pet sitters too.

The good: This sling is very comfortable to carry due to the very wide strap, which is a very hard to find feature in small pet slings, and it is comfortable for my cat no matter if he wants to nap or sit up and lean his head out the side. The little pockets in the carrier are large enough to be useful and hold everything in my purse too without deforming the carrier!

Now the bad parts: I am average height (5 foot 6) and even at it's shortest the strap is ridiculously long, and I don't really want to shorten it that much because the strap bunches up uncomfortably when fully shortened. The pouch made to pack the sling inside is pointless, it's laughably large, it's about the size of a standard piece of paper and even folded loosely the sling is swimming in it. The point of packability is to save space and this sling has extra room in the pouch even when folded loosely. It easily fits in a pouch a third the size of the one that comes with it, so if you're getting this because you want a packable sling plan to provide your own bag. The soft construction of the bag makes it easy to compress though!

This is a really good bag. I use it with my Shorkie (Shih Tzu/Yorkshire Terrier mix) puppy when we’re running quick, in and out type errands. She’s content in the bag, it’s cute, and the extra pockets hold what I need so I don’t have to also carry a purse. I took off 1 star for a few reasons. When she does get wiggly, she’s harder to contain and I have to reposition the bag frequently, and like other reviews have said, I wish the bottom was more reinforced to support her. Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase but would use it more if it were a little sturdier.

Absolutely adorable! Can not wait to get my fur baby next week and see how she loves it!
