Title: Brand Marketing and Creative Director
Duties and responsibilities:
Articulate in the U.S. and internationally Max-Bone’s main marketing strategy that is digital ie. Instagram exposure, sales conversion (incl. in the U.S., England, Australia, Japan, Brazil) to increase sales of the company’s luxury dog products;
Manage the company’s pop-up stores around the world including events, activations, influencers’ partnerships, billboards, wild posting, among others;
Responsible for all marketing assets going from digital to offline;
Plan and execute all marketing campaigns and programs i.e. go-to-market, digital, social, marketing campaigns, photoshoots, promotional material;
Lead creative development for all Max-Bone’s assets across copy, imagery, communications and digital design;
Manage content calendars, identifying relevant opportunities and maintaining creative strategy through posting on social channels;
Own all production details for seasonal e-commerce shoots, editorial shoots, still life shoots, video shoots, campaigns and in-house production;
Develop and design brand campaigns that bring together creative assets in a cohesive manner across online and offline marketing channels;
Evolve the max-bone visual brand identity over time in alignment with learnings from test campaigns;
No direct supervision responsibilities within Max-Bone but the Brand Marketing and Creative Director is responsible for Max-Bone’s relations with PR agency and this agency work deliverables as well as building strong relationships with brands, individuals and agencies;
Oversee work of project-based contractors ie. photographers and graphic designers.
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Field of degree: Fashion Design
Training: 3 months
Field of training: Brand digital marketing
Experience: 2-year/24-month experience
Field of experience: Marketing and Creative industry
Specific skills: Solid understanding of brand development, multichannel marketing models and digital space. Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Must know Adobe programs.
