Shipping Rates & Delivery
Please note updated processing and shipping times below due to the impact of COVID-19. The safety of our team and customers is our top priority. We’re monitoring the situation very closely and working with our fulfillment partners to ensure they’re taking all necessary safety precautions. We are working diligently to get all orders processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
When will my order ship?
Due to the impact of COVID-19, shipping and processing times have been delayed. Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be processed but please note this may be impacted by COVID-19 delays. You’ll receive a shipment notification with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
What are your shipping rates for shipping within the U.S.?
Our standard shipping rate is $8. If any mb eats food product is included, the shipping is on us.
How long will shipping take within the U.S.?
Standard shipping is via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail and will be received within 5-10 business days but please note there may be delays currently due to COVID-19. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier and tracking options.
What are your shipping rates for international shipping?
Shipping rates for outside the US are calculated at checkout before the order is submitted by our partner, Flavorcloud.
How long will shipping take for international orders?
Due to the current global impact of COVID-19, standard shipping times have been extended to 12-22 business days.
Does maxbone cover duties?
Maxbone does not cover taxes or duties for international shipping. The customer is responsible for any additional fees and these are calculated at time of checkout. If duties fees are not prepaid, they are required upon delivery. More information on duty and tax requirements can be obtained by contacting your local customs office or tax agency.
Do you ship to PO boxes or U.S. territories?
We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority Mail service.
Order processing information
Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm US PST (US Pacific Standard Time) will begin processing on the following Monday. Max-bone will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification.
Delivery time does not include weekends or Holidays.
Maxbone complies with specific shipping restrictions determined by international trading regulation, as well as those contractually set by us.
