OUR POLICY
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a return request for refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unused, with their original maxbone tags attached and the original packaging included.
All orders containing promotions must abide by the promotion's policies and requirements.
The following items are not eligible to be returned:
- Grooming Items
- Treats
- Gift Cards
- Food Products
- Gift Sets
- All free items from BOGO promotions
Items marked as Final Sale may not be returned or exchanged.
maxbone reserves the right to reject any returned product that does not comply with the above stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address at the customer’s expense.
USA ORDERS
You may submit a return request for an exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of receiving your order by visiting max-bone.loopreturns.com.
Please note that we do offer complimentary exchanges within the USA.
For returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. You may retrieve a pre-paid return shipping label once you have submitted the request via Loop and this is deducted upon issuing your refund.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES - HOW TO (USA ORDERS)
Please find steps on how to submit the return request for a refund or exchange below:
Step 1 - Visit max-bone.loopreturns.com on your web browser.
Step 2 - Locate your order by providing the e-mail address utilized to place your order and/or your Order Number.
Step 3 - Select the item(s) you wish to return and one of the reasons available.
Step 4: Select if you would like to proceed with an exchange or a refund.
Step 5: If you have selected an exchange, you may select your desired exchange item. If you have selected a refund, you may select this in the form of store credit or onto the original payment method.
Step 6: Review the return summary and submit your request.
Step 7: Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label and return packing slip provided by Loop. A copy is also sent to the e-mail address associated with your order.
Step 8: Package your items for return and ship your return package with USPS. You may hand the pre-labeled package to your USPS carrier or you may drop your return package off at a USPS mailbox, your local post office, or at an authorized USPS drop-off location.
Once it has been delivered, please allow up to 14 business days so our team may process your return package. Once the returned items have been inspected and approved, maxbone will issue a refund to the selected method and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
For refunds onto the original payment method, these are typically reflected within 2-5 business days of being issued. However, your financial institution may require additional time to process your refund.
For refunds in the form of store credit, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your store credit and how to redeem this on maxbone.com
Please note: for any returns or exchanges of the GO! With Ease Bundle / Hazel Leash Bundle, all items from the bundle must be included in your return package. We are unable to process returns or exchanges of individual components from the GO! With Ease Bundle / Hazel Leash Bundle.
Please note we are only able to offer one complimentary exchange per order. If you are experiencing sizing issues, please contact our Customer Experience team for further assistance.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
You may submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order with our Customer Experience team at info@maxbone.com
International customers are responsible for covering the cost of the return shipment and all related fees. We recommend utilizing your preferred local shipping courier and insuring all packages with a tracking number.
maxbone is unable to offer direct exchanges on International orders. We ask that you return the merchandise for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
