Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on items within 14 days of receipt. Items should be unworn with all max-bone garment tags attached. Items that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
Items non-eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Monogrammed items
- Embroidered items
- Grooming items and treats
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear

Exchanges are free of charge within the USA.
