Well constructed of strong material, elegant looking, very comfortable to wear, stands up, easy to put pet in & take out, the peep hole is great & the front pocket is a good size with small pockets inside. There is a large thin pocket on the back but you can only put in something flat & very thin because anything more would bulge into your back obviously making it uncomfortable. There are 2 design flaws. The side pockets are too shallow with no way of tightening or securing their openings with pull strings, elastic or Velcro which renders them useless because things will fall out of them when you bend over. They can’t hold a water bottle or anything else securely. I shortened the openings with binder clips which helps some. Also, there is no cushion in the bottom, just a thin piece of material. I put in a cushion in that extends up the sides for my 6lb dog’s comfort & protection. If you want to return it be sure to do it within the 14 day return window, there is no flexibility if even a day late.

This backpack was absolutely life-changing. I did not want to spend $230 on it, but I’m so glad that I did. I had been using a Wild One brand before this and the backpack SO MUCH BETTER because the dog can lay flat or sit up straight. My dog was way calmer on the plane and I got so many compliments on the color. It actually is a very stylish bag LOL. Such a great investment — don’t think twice about it. My dog is 14 pounds.

Esther and I both love her new backpack. I live in a city and take her to work with me everyday. She also flys with me. It’s great for planes, trains, buses… we get so many compliments on it. She loves going in it and it’s comfortable on my back.

So far, so good! This backpack its working well for our now 4 lb puppy. I especially appreciate the padding on the arm straps. It's a great way to get him out and about while he's in the not-yet-immune and needs-to-be-quarantined phase.

High quality. Works well for our cat, she enjoys being in it.
