Eat healthy always even on-the-go!

My Frenchie Kai only eats the best — and that means clean, raw-focused nutrition. The Glow Up Turkey recipe from MaxBone Freeze-Dried Raw Food has quickly become a favorite in our home and travel too!

Made with high-quality turkey, it smells fresh, looks real, and rehydrates beautifully. No fillers, no artificial ingredients — just simple, nutrient-dense raw goodness. Since adding it to Kai’s rotation, his digestion has been great, his coat looks shiny, and his energy is steady.

It also makes raw feeding easy — just scoop, add water if desired, and serve. Kai licks the bowl clean every time, which says it all. I can bring it when we travel so he can eat clean and healthy without it going bad on our trips. For Frenchie parents who want premium, elevated nutrition, this one is a win. 🐾

Mushuthebrat's Review

We’ve been rotating in maxbone’s freeze-dried turkey formula. While Mushu personally prefers the beef, the turkey has been a great leaner protein option in our rotation.

Just like the beef, the pellet sizing is varied, which I genuinely love. It allows for precise portioning whether I’m feeding a full meal or using it as enrichment in a feeder toy. The smaller pieces are especially helpful for training moments without overfeeding.

The ingredient transparency stands out here too. The first few ingredients are front and center on the label and branding, which says a lot. Some dog foods bury their best ingredients further down the list, but maxbone leans into what actually makes up the bulk of the recipe. There are no major grain fillers dominating the top of the list, which gives me confidence in what I’m feeding.

Freeze-dried meals have also simplified travel for us. Combined with their foldable GO! travel bowls and mat, it’s a very easy, clean system for on-the-go feeding.

Overall, this feels like a thoughtful and well-executed first step into consumables for maxbone.

The best transition we’ve made! Turkey is a total winner.

After our senior dog loved the Glow Up Beef so much, we decided to try the Turkey recipe. I’m happy to report that it’s just as much of a success—it's not about one being better than the other, but having two high-quality options he truly enjoys.

What makes these stand out for our senior pup:

• Reliable quality: Whether it’s the beef or the turkey, the ingredients are always top-tier and help him maintain his muscle mass.

• Digestibility: Both recipes are incredibly gentle on his aging stomach, which is always our biggest priority with a senior dog.

• Superfood boost: I love that both flavors include powerful antioxidants from ingredients like blueberries, spinach, and cranberries to support his immune system.

• Convenience & texture: The freeze-dried texture is perfect—it’s easy for him to chew and provides all the benefits of raw food without any of the messy prep.

It’s such a relief to have found a brand where we can rotate flavors and know he’s getting the same incredible nutrition every time. Highly recommend both!
