You’ll have the ability to adjust deliveries at any time on our customer portal. We'll also send you a reminder email 3 days in advance of upcoming shipments, and a confirmation email with tracking information once an order processes.
You can adjust your portions, rush or delay a shipment, change recipes, and modify shipping or billing information any time online. You may cancel your subscription in the customer portal or by emailing us at info@maxbone.com and following the instructions you receive.
Please store bags in a cool, dark place (like a pantry). We use no preservatives in any of our products. Once a product has been opened, we recommend using the product within 30 days after opening to maintain optimal freshness.
