This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. I used this bag while traveling. It is great to use on the plane, and when I am taking my little guy in stores. My pup was very comfortable while in it at the airport gate and in the airplane itself. I was so concerned my little guy would get anxious, but he was so comfortable, he was chill. I used the bag on Southwest Airlines. The carrier fit well under the seat in front of me. I love the section that can store my dl and credit cards. I highly recommend this bag. My pup is 14 pounds. I used the flap to put the carrier on top of my carryon luggage. When I had to carry my pup and the bag off the plane or to him at my feet, I expected the carrier bag to be heavy. It was not.

I love the bag and it would be so help to have a medium size version for when I’m travelling with my dog. We tried out the bag but it was just a little snug.

Generally a great carrier bag. The bag and straps are sturdy and comfortable to carry. The Sherpa bed inside is similar to that in the City Carrier so our dog took to it right away. I also like that it is well ventilated on three sides (since you can roll up the cover on one of the ends). There’s a small pocket at one end which you can use to store bags and the sleeve along one side makes it very easy to slide on to a luggage handle. It would be great if they could include an outer pocket to the sleeve so you can put your phone and ID into it to make it easier going through security. The only issue we had with the bag was that the zippers would occasionally be difficult to move, so we’d have to give it a couple of tries. Otherwise, very happy with the purchase.

I loved this bag! So gorgeous and high quality, but unfortunately was too small for my dog. I purchased it because the picture showed a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel in it, but when I tried putting my own pup into it, it was too small. For context, she's a 6 month old CKCS, and ~16 pounds.
